My Relay for Life event

This year I'm taking part in the Westmeath event at Tyrrellspass GAA Club, Mullingar Road, Templeoran South, Tyrrellspass, Co. Westmeath. An amazing community event that will take place over 24 hours.

I’m fundraising for a great cause and to make people aware of how they can help

I'm running the Relay for Life to raise funds for the Irish Cancer Society, who do great work for survivors as well as people going through treatment.

They were great being there for us as a family when my 3-year-old daughter was diagnosed with a very rare adrenal cortical carcinoma, who thankfully is making great progress a year down the road from surgery.

The Funds raised from this event will support vital services for people living with cancer. These much-needed funds will help the Irish Cancer Society continue to provide Night Nurses, Volunteer Drivers, a freephone Support Line, counselling sessions, fund life-changing research, and much more.
