I’m fundraising for a great cause

Relay is an important event to me...

BECAUSE Cancer has deprived my kids of experiencing the warm embraces, wise words, encouragement, stories and unconditional love of TWO grandparents. Both my kind, witty father in law and my amazing mom were taken from us by this awful disease.

BECAUSE Amidst the pain, there is hope. The people that walked before us did all they could to help make advancements in treatments. These advancements mean my kids can enjoy spending time with TWO wonderful grandparents that have bravely battled Cancer. This is something to celebrate!

BECAUSE of the countless friends, extended family and neighbours that have been touched by Cancer. Community is our strength and by coming together to celebrate, remember and fight back we support those around us in their journey

Funds raised from this event will support vital support services for people living with cancer in Ennis and across the country. These much needed funds will help the Irish Cancer Society continue to provide Night Nurses, Volunteer Drivers, a freephone Support line, counselling sessions, fund life changing research & much more.
