My Relay for Life event

I’m raising funds to support cancer patients and their families across Ireland. You can show your support too, by making a donation to my page today.

This year I'm taking part in the Sligo event at ATU Sligo, Ash Lane, Ballytivnan, Co. Sligo. An amazing community event that will take place over 24 hours.

I’m fundraising for a great cause

Funds raised from this event will support vital support services for people living with cancer. These much needed funds will help the Irish Cancer Society continue to provide Night Nurses, Volunteer Drivers, a freephone Support line, counselling sessions, fund life changing research & much more.

Your help today, will help to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families, together we can ensure that no-one has to go through their cancer journey alone.

The Canopy Sligo

Saturday 5th Jul

Deeply grateful to our volunteers who were in The Canopy Sligo Town selling Candle of Hope bags... helping people decorate their bag and keeping the show on the road. Many thanks to Maria Bailey and Patsy Prior for the time, energy and kindness today.

Sound bath 5th July 2025, The Southern Hotel, Sligo.

Wednesday 2nd Jul

Thank you all so much for donating to our Sound Bath 5th July 2025 The Southern Hotel. Please enter through the hotels lobby, there will be signs directing you to the room. There will be some yoga mats available however you are free to bring your own. If you like to bring a blanket and pillow for a more comfortable session please do so. Doors open at 10.45am, the session starts at 11am until 12pm. Candle of Hope bags will be available to purchase as will be information about The 24 Relay for Life Sligo which is at ATU on Sept 13-14. We look forward to welcoming you to the soundbath on Saturday, many thanks again for your donation.

Starting to get organised

Friday 23rd May

Started to invite friends to join the team. Our goal is raise 1000€. We had chats about what type of fund raising activities we might like to do. Some suggestions included coffee & draw, art aution of work done by the group, guess how many sweets in the jar ... 🫙 we'll keep brain storming
