Boil The Kettle Appeal
''There’s Something Brewing in the Hills of Donegal''
Join Daniel & Majella, supported by Highland Radio, as communities
across Ireland and around the world would turn a simple cup of tea into
vital support for the Irish Cancer Soceity.
Put the kettle on this April,
for Relay For Life Donegal
What Is the Boil the Kettle Appeal?
This April, we’re inviting homes, workplaces, clubs and communities everywhere to put the kettle on and host a tea party in support of Relay for Life Donegal and the Irish Cancer Society.
Inspired by Daniel’s iconic words, “There’s Always a Kettle on the Boil” (from the song, “Our House is a Home” by Vincent Soye), and his famous Kincasslagh tea parties, this campaign turns Donegal’s warmest tradition into real impact for families facing cancer.
Proudly Supported by Daniel & Majella
As ambassadors, Daniel & Majella are encouraging everyone to take part because when the kettle’s on, nobody stays away.
In Partnership with Highland Radio
Highland Radio will feature the campaign throughout April, with:
- Fun competitions
- Prize giveaways
- Tea parties broadcast on Around the Northwest with John Breslin every Friday
