This year I'm taking part in the Sligo event at ATU Sligo, Ash Lane, Ballytivnan, Co. Sligo. An amazing community event that will take place over 24 hours.

I’m fundraising for a great cause

Funds raised from this event will support vital support services for people living with cancer. These much needed funds will help the Irish Cancer Society continue to provide Night Nurses, Volunteer Drivers, a freephone Support line, counselling sessions, fund life changing research & much more.

Your help today, will help to make a difference in the lives of cancer patients and their families, together we can ensure that no-one has to go through their cancer journey alone.

Feeling Better Through Choices We Can Employ

Hello Everyone
Thank you for your time.
When I first read that happiness is reached through steps we take - that it doesn't arrive ready made - filled me with comfort.
I decided to test this out & I can say yes this is a fact.
7th November 2023 I begun a daily meditation practise.
The Dali Lama once said "Meditation Ends All Suffering"
I took his lead & there is no other that quantifies the inner bliss within us all.
I begun Dancing daily the 23rd Feburary this year. Uptempo Music & Inspirational Lyrics are common demominator that instantly  elevate my emotions.
With this on mind I was drawn to create events as my dream & vision is for others to experience the same - leaving realising the power they hold over how they feel
